This service is designed for the Landlord who lives very local to their property to Let and has the time and knowledge to ensure it is maintained correctly.

We can provide you with a tenant find service for only £299.00+ VAT.

LifeStyle Premiere Management

This package is designed for the landlord who has very limited time to be involved with their property and requires a management service to cover all aspects of the rental ladder and give peace of mind that you and your property is being cared for to the highest standards.

We charge only 10% and will extensively market you're property in local media and websites with no registration fee attached for this service.

In many instances we are able to have high calibre tenants in place in just a few days!
