We are proud to be a members of the Property Ombudsman scheme adhering to strict codes of practice, the Residential Landlords Association (RLA) & Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

When we seek tenants for rental properties we will ask for proof of identity, and permission for us to make enquiries into their credit worthiness, employment, and obtain references from their current or previous Landlord or Letting Agent. Much of the time we will know a little bit about them already which helps!

We will inform you of the progress of each prospective Tenancy Application. We will also share with you prospective tenant details to provide you with an overview from the outset keeping you fully informed.

On our books we use only local tried and tested tradesmen and contractors that we have established strong relationships with over the years to provide you with an efficient and fair service when work is required. Works only proceed upon your authorisation. We are proud to be associated with our contractors that do such a great job for our clients day to day.
